A breakthrough upgrade for premium folding bike modification and OEM replacement: the T18 All-Titanium Head Tube is officially released. Developed for Brompton T-line, G-line and new high-end titanium models, it is built from TA18 (Gr9, Ti-3Al-2.5V) full titanium alloy, with key structures produced via SLM metal 3D printing (＞50% mass/volume). It delivers lightweight, high strength, long durability and direct-fit replacement for steel and titanium frame models.

Materials & Processes
TA18 titanium alloy delivers excellent cold workability and TIG weldability. SLM 3D-printed titanium powder enables monolithic forming of complex chambers and reinforcing ribs, reducing welding, boosting rigidity and cutting weight. Finishes: matte sandblasting or mirror polishing. 3D-printed structures account for ＞50% of total mass/volume.
Fully Compatible Direct Replacement
Direct fit for T-line (pure titanium), G-line (titanium-steel hybrid) and new P-line head tubes. No modifications to fork, headset or folding mechanism; retains original folding dimensions, handling geometry and folding feel. Supports standard 44mm headsets and common stem/steerer specs.
